PAYMENT
New clients are required to pay at least 50% upfront and the rest after a completed sketch.
Regular clients can choose to pay in full either up front or after a completed sketch.
Payment is done through invoices on either PayPal or Stripe.
Sales tax will be added to total on invoice and clarified with client before payment.
Refunds are never provided except for in the case where I cannot complete your commission. All purchases are final.
I am willing to negotiate prices but do not try to bargain and force the matter if I do not offer it in the first place.
COMMUNICATION
Please be respectful in communication towards me. Do not be rude or demanding. I reserve the right to the deny or cancel your commission if you are being disrespectful.
Turnaround time will depend heavily on my outstanding commissions queue. I will never take more than one year to complete commissions except for in dire circumstances, which will be communicated. Updates will be given if taking longer than promised.
Deadlines: If you have a deadline please discuss it before the commission is paid for. A rush fee may be applicable.
For references, I can work with anything from a detailed description with some moodboard images off Pinterest, to a fully illustrated reference of said character.
TERMS OF USE
Commercial use must be discussed beforehand, and will be priced differently than non-commercial work.
Unless commercial use is discussed prior, you reserve no rights to use my artwork for monetary gain. You cannot resell or profit off of my artwork. You cannot use my artwork in monetized projects or merchandise.
My artwork cannot under any circumstances be used for NFTs or training AI models.
You may not claim full ownership of my artwork. I retain the rights to my artwork and the usage of it however I wish, unless discussed otherwise. Ownership rights may be discussed.
Contract work for commercial use must be done under clear contract and discussed beforehand. I am open to and familiar with contract work.
I reserve the right to deny any commission that I do not wish to draw.
If unsure if I can/will draw something, just ask. I will not judge or hold it against you if I am uncomfortable, simply politely inform you I am unwilling to draw it.
